Refund Policy
Since Racked.az offers digital services and credits, our refund policy is as follows.
1. Digital Goods
As we offer non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (software access and credits), we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and credits are sent to your account.
2. Credit Consumption
Export and Share credits are considered consumed once they are used. Consumed credits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. You will retain access to PRO features until the end of the billing cycle, but no pro-rated refunds are provided.
4. Technical Issues
Refund requests are only considered in cases of duplicate billing errors or major technical defects that prevent core service functionality.
